We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, our returns process is easy.

Change of Mind?

Not satisfied? Contact us via our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Return items must be unworn and in original packaging, including your name and order number.

Once received, we’ll refund the total amount (excluding original shipping). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Items?

Received a faulty or damaged product? We’re sorry! Contact us with photos via our contact page.  We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Wrong Item Sent?

If we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a refund or exchange and cover return shipping.

Incorrect Address?

Entered the wrong shipping address? Contact us via phone or email as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch. A $9.90 Return to Sender/Restocking Fee will apply if the order has already shipped and returned to us. This fee covers the costs charged by Australia Post for returned packages.

We’ll deduct this fee from your refund or store credit. Please double-check your address to avoid this inconvenience.

Lost Package?

You’ll receive a tracking email from Australia Post when your order ships (check spam/junk folders). If your package is lost, contact Australia Post first. If unresolved, reach out to us, and we’ll help.
