Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia Wide) 

Orders over $75 will receive FREE shipping via Australia Post.

For orders between $49 and $74.99, delivery is just $5.90.

Orders under $49 will be charged a flat rate of $9.90, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Shipping Policy 

All orders from Australia placed on this website will be dispatched from our Sydney (Australia) warehouse.

Orders placed before 1 PM (AEST) during Monday-Friday, will be dispatched that same day, with any orders after 1 PM being sent the following business day. Weekend & Public Holiday orders will be dispatched the next business day.Domestic (Australia Wide ) Delivery

Please ensure that your address is stated correctly - if you think you have made a mistake please contact us immediately 

Once the item is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email and once dispatched we are can not determine the time for delivery as it is subject to our delivery partner

If the item arrives damaged please use our Contact Us form accompanied with images of the product

We do not accept damaged shipping claims if the product has had the labels removed or if it has been used. 

Orders over AUD $75 will receive FREE standard shipping via Australia Post.

For orders between AUD $49 and AUD $74.99, a reduced flat rate of $5.90 applies for standard delivery.

Orders below AUD $49 are subject to shipping fees based on the selected delivery option. Postage charges are as follows:

Australian Express Delivery

Express Postage is AUD $14.90.

Express Post orders placed before 1 PM (AEST) during Monday-Friday, will be dispatched that same day, with any orders after 1 PM being sent the following business day. No dispatch available for orders on Weekends & Public Holidays, these will be dispatched the next business day. 

Generally Express Post delivery is 1-2 days for customers located in most Australian CBD, metro and major regional areas (excludes Perth metro and Darwin). Perth metro & Darwin usually takes 2-3 business days in normal circumstances. Please allow some additional time for your parcel to arrive.

Note: If you are located outside a Next Business Day area, choosing Express delivery will still result in a faster delivery than Standard delivery.

Next day delivery is not available to customers outside Australian metro and major regional areas, Perth metro or Darwin. Please visit Australia Post website to check Express delivery times. 

Goods will be delivered by Australia Post and a signature is required upon delivery. If no signature is obtained at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your premises and goods will be delivered to your local post office for collection.

Goods may not be delivered next day due to circumstances (such as adverse weather, strikes, pandemic etc) beyond the control of Katia & Bony or Australia Post.

Australian Standard Delivery

Postage AUD $9.90

Signature is not required upon delivery, the parcels are usually left in a safe location at your delivery address. If you require signature on delivery, not a problem, we can arrange that for you. Please let us know in your order comments on checkout. We deliver by Australia Post.

Australian Islands and Remote Locations Standard Delivery

Postage AUD $9.90

For remote deliveries, redirection may be made to the nearest Post Office for your collection. Delivery will take up to 5-15 business days for delivery within Australia. We deliver by Australia Post.

Order Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email with details on how to track your order. Once the item is dispatched and order tracking is available, Katia and Bony has very limited additional information on the progress of your order - please contact us via email to katiaandbonyau@gmail.com

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Pandemic, Strikes, floods etc.).

All colours of products are reproduced online as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may also appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out or the offer expires.
